Challenge

Analog manufacturer required software installation, tech upgrades, automation consulting & implementation. The amount of data was challenging to input and staff training also had its difficulties. Client also required trademark registration for re-branding. Amazon, Walmart & Shopify sync & setup.

Solution

The creation of a website, 3rd party marketplace accounts, management of those markets, and all synced to an installation of Fishbowl Inventory. Here we also undertook mapping and entering data for all raw materials and SKU creation recipe. Rebrand successfully both offline and online.

Result

Client has added ability to see the data at the heart of their operation. Many inventory and order related tasks have been automated requiring fewer staff hours for equal or better output. Brand has established itself both on the web and through marketplace storefronts.

Challenge

The client came to us with a site that was mostly broken and no longer converting visitors into leads. Images were broken and contact forms no longer functional after WordPress core updates had rendered the old themes broken.

Solution

We replaced the WordPress installation with a fresh design, adding 35 pages of SEO content and also building a specialized lead generating subdomain website to direct PPC campaigns to.

Result
